Non-Returnable Items
Customized Orders: Customized products cannot be returned or refunded. Once an order for a customized item is placed, it is final and cannot be changed, returned, or refunded.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at Info@standardclothing.in or Bepro@standardclothing.in with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Processing Time: After your order is delivered, it will take approximately 4 to 5 days for us to process the return, replacement, or refund. The entire process may take up to 7 days to complete.
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement item. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
